Copper Heat Sink
The thermal conductivity of copper is much greater than that of aluminum. The heat dissipation performance of copper as a heat dissipation material is better than that of aluminum heat sinks, which can transfer heat faster.
Skiving Heat Sink
The base of the skiving fin is the same material as the fin fin, and there is no contact thermal resistance. The fins of the skiving process are thinner and denser, which greatly increases the heat dissipation area.
Vacuum Brazing Process
