This 1u server heatsink is designed for AMD AM5 CPU Server Processor, AMD AM5 socket, Copper skived fin het sink with Copper base double ball turbine temperature control fan up to TDP135W for 1U server solution. The server heat sink has been fully tested and validated by Lori to ensure the best quality and cooling performance.
