AMD SP8 Socket 2U Server Passive CPU Cooler
This passive CPU cooler is specifically designed for the new generation of AMD EPYC™ 9004 processors (SP8 socket). It features zero noise, a 350W TDP cooling capacity, 6 high-performance heat pipes, and an ultra-compact 2U thickness. The 2U server CPU cooler uses high-density sintered heat pipes to efficiently conduct heat from the pure copper base to the aluminum fin array, significantly reducing hot spot accumulation. The nickel-plated copper base quickly absorbs heat, while the lightweight aluminum fins provide efficient heat dissipation, balancing durability and corrosion resistance. It is suitable for silent data centers, edge servers, and high-density deployment environments.
