The extended air volume air cooling cpu cooler (EVAC cpu cooler) is designed for Intel xeon platinum processor 1u server rack, socket LGA 4677. The LGA 4677 socket 6 heat pipes cpu cooler is aluminum fins soldered on the copper base with 6 heat pipes for 1U server solution. Lori 6 heat pipe EVAC cpu cooler larger area heat sink fin design, fin arrangement and 6 heat pipes make air flow faster, can effectively take away the heat of the CPU, which supports 300 Watts CPU Power Heat Dissipation. The passive cpu heat sink has been fully tested and validated by Lori to ensure the best quality and cooling performance.
