This FCLGA9527 Square 4U Active Cpu Heat Sink is designed for Intel Xeon 6 Processor such as Intel xeon 6960P processor and so on, socket LGA 9527, aluminum fins with 6 heat pipes embedded and soldered on the copper base up to TDP 500W for 2U server solution. The Lori Intel LGA 9527 Socket 4U Server Active CPU Heat Sink has been fully tested and validated by Lori to ensure the best quality and cooling performance.
