This 2u am4 server cooler is designed for AMD Am4 CPU Server Processor, AMD Am4 CPU socket, the passive am4 cooler is aluminum fins soldered on the copper base with 3 heat pipes up to TDP 120W for 2U server solution. This am4 passive cooler has been fully tested and validated by Lori to ensure the best quality and cooling performance.

▋Product Details

Part 1. Heatpipe cpu cooler

3 heat pipes of the am4 cpu cooler are adopted for better heat conduction and thermal performace. The 3 heat pipes cover the surface of the CPU closely, greatly increasing the contact area and allowing heat to be transmitted to the heat sink fins more efficiently.

Part 2. Reflow soldering process

The copper base of the passive am4 cooler adopts reflow soldering process. The reflow soldering process makes the contact better, the thermal conductivity is stable, the heat conversion rate is high, and the heat dissipation is efficient. The heat pipe and copper base adopt reflow soldering process, high precision tight joint, full solder, fine workmanship, improve the heat conduction efficiency of CPU to the am4 server coolercooling fin.

Part 3. Aluminum fin heat sink module
