This customized copper skived fin heat sink is designed for cooling industrial laser application. Copper skived fin heat sink can be manufactured by skiving heat sink machine from an entire piece of copper, using skived machine with a sharp and precisely controlled blade tool. The tool scrapes off a small layer of copper material, lifts it up and bends it vertically to form skived fins with the same spacing, thickness and height. Then using cnc machining to achieve final customized copper skived fin heat sink.
