This Active CPU Cooler For 4U Tower server is designed for AMD EPYC 9004 series processor server CPU, socket AMD SP5( LGA6096 socket) , aluminum fins with 5 heat pipes embedded and soldered on the copper base up to TDP 435W for 4U server rack cooling solution.
