This Active CPU Cooler For 4U server is designed for AMD EPYC server CPU, socket SP5 (LGA 6096), aluminum fins with 6 heat pipes embedded and soldered on the copper base up to TDP 445W for 4U server rack cooling solution. The server air CPU cooler has a large air volume and low noise level, enabling it to provide efficient cooling in a more quiet manner. Lori AMD SP5 heat pipe cpu cooler has been fully tested and validated by Lori to ensure the best quality and cooling performance.
